MARY
GODFREY, PARTNER - is the B.I.C.A. Director of

Operations, and is the principle owner and founder of
B.I.C.A. She has invested over 25 years in the arts and
entertainment industry, and has extensive management and
marketing experience which includes Store Manager for Record
Town, District Manager (20 Stores) for Rave / G&G, Marketing for
Delta Airlines, and Agent for ASCAP. Mary held the
Vice-President Position with Midwest Woman In Music (MWIM), an
outreach committee of the CHGO NARAS chapter. She is a
Free-Lance Music Journalist (STREET ROCK, Midwest Women In
Music, Impact, Metronome, Intermixx, & others), and was a
Managing Partner for Chicago’s Premiere Management Company:
TRACK MANAGEMENT (TM). While operating TM, Mary managed four
bands including Psyclone with drummer Mike Wyngren (Now drummer
in the famed band Disturbed), and has mentored and coached many
artists, many who are successful to this day.
MOLLIE KIDARI, PARTNER -
is the B.I.C.A. Director

of Administration, and assists with
Human Resources. Mollie has years of experience with teens, and
also has an extensive management and administrative background
which includes the Director of Personnel / Mastery Team
Coordinator, Horizons Association of Schools, Literacy
Coordinator, AmeriCorps / Make a Difference, and Regional
Director / Grants Development Director Southwest Region , AYUSA
Global Youth Exchange.
LINDA SUITER, PARTNER -
is the B.I.C.A. Director of Marketing, and assists with

Business
Development. Linda has years of experience with teens, and also
has extensive business and management background which includes
Office Manager for Sonsol Development Corporation, Executive
Director at Chandler Small Animal Clinic, Assistant Manager for
Arizona Sahuaros Professional Soccer Team, Store Manager for
Ritz Camera, and Assistant to Patient Administration for New
Beginnings Adolescent Chemical Dependency Program.
CAROL S. HUTCHISON, PARTNER -
is the B.I.C.A. Director of Finance. Carol is a seasoned
entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Her innate skills
include networking, negotiations, public relations, detail,
delegation, and a keen business sense. Carol is committed to the
“win-win” philosophy in all her endeavors. Her experience
includes the development and Ownership (As Founder) of both
Carol’s Transportation and the RCH Group LLC, Executive
Administration for Bogati Investment Group Inc, Executive
Representative, Investor Relations for Biz Opps, LLC, Legal
Assistant, for Melvin J. Kamm Attorney at Law, Marketing
Coaching for 501 FT. Health Club (Minneapolis, MN) and
Management for Olan Mills Portrait Studio.
