Zen Benefiel has over 30 years experience across the aerospace, education, special event and transportation industries, facilitating partnering for projects, organizations and teams. He has facilitated hundreds of partnering projects.

His areas of expertise include process control and continuous improvement, organizational development, supply chain management, team building and strategic planning. He has helped achieve the success of multi-million dollar projects through effective interpersonal skills development and project management.  

He holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified life coach through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.

He coaches and consults in partnering, team building, customer service, client surveys, employee involvement, strategic planning and professional development.  

He has also taught business plan development classes part time at the college level for ten years, was a production control coordinator in the aerospace industry for five years, responsible for $7 million in monthly shipments, a high school teacher for five years, often in charge of an entire curriculum; and special event manager for ten years with ranges of 5,000 to 250,000 patrons per event.
