A little herstory...

Life is about change and the quality of our life is how we deal with change. As a wife, ex-wife, mother, grandmother and professional I have experience many changes. Changing countries, finding out my ex-husband was gay, going from married to divorced and being married again. I experienced the death of my daughter, my brother and my mother-in-law in a two month period. I speak often about lifestyle changes and personal adaptability.
Too often we are told, “With time, you will get
over it.” However we must not minimize the event, there are some
things we do not get over, however, we do get through them. Overcoming grief is a process; hypnotherapy and coaching are tools
to assist in this process.
My passion is to assist those who recognize they
want to transform themselves in one way or another. I care and
work with my clients in helping them achieve results. Whether
it is dealing with change, learning to let go, wanting to feel
better about themselves and the quality of their life; I am there.
I believe, as the saying goes, “we must love ourselves first, before others can love us the way we need to be loved. I believe the quality of our relationships, starting with our relationship with ourselves, is the foundation for the quality of our lives. Let me help you get comfortable with yourself.
